  • The minimum commitment is a month. A 3-month minimum is recommended to ensure meaningful impact and system stability, but we won’t hold you hostage if it the needs of your business change.

  • Yes. Tiers can be adjusted as your practice evolves, pending availability. We will do our best to work with you on this, but please note that sometimes there may be a slight delay between request and availability for additional work.

  • Hours are used intentionally within your monthly container and reviewed as needed. We will keep an ongoing log on our end that can be viewed weekly or monthly on your end.

  • We will do out best to help here ASAP, but depending on work availability it may take 48-72 business hours to add on an additional project (depending on scope of the project). Additional hours beyond the monthly container are billed at $45/hour.
