Your Questions, Answered:

  • I’m not here to simply complete tasks - I’m here to build systems that reduce stress long-term. My work focuses on clarity, sustainability, and backend infrastructure that supports both your practice and your capacity as a provider. Additionally, I have over ten years of client-facing experience and six years a business owner. I get it.

  • Generally I focus on operational, administrative, and strategic support outside of direct client records or protected health information. If your needs include direct handling of PHI, we can discuss what this looks like for your practice. HIPAA-compliant administrative and operational support is available when required. I work within clearly defined scopes, use secure systems, and sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as appropriate.

  • Healthcare and mental health practices carry emotional weight and ethical responsibility. My approach prioritizes clarity, compliance-aware workflows, and reducing unnecessary friction so providers can stay focused on care delivery.

  • No. Many clients come to me knowing something feels inefficient but not knowing where the bottleneck is. Part of my role is helping assess, clarify, and prioritize what will have the greatest impact.

  • Monthly retainer work includes room for reasonable shifts in priority.

    If you are looking to change the overall tier (from 10 hours/month to 20/hours): short answer, yes. Tiers can be adjusted as your practice evolves, pending availability. We will do our best to work with you on this, but please note that sometimes there may be a slight delay between request and availability for additional work.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward is the standard we set. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

    We use a combination of email and text-message via WhatsApp to keep in communication

    For monthly retainers, generally we will hop on a check-in call monthly.

  • I work within clearly defined scopes and prioritize communication. This ensures sustainable support rather than reactive, urgent-based work. My goal is to build stability, not dependency.
